How do you do afternoon tea?
If you like yours set in a jewellery shop, accompanied by champagne and served on bone china then you’re in luck!
This April luxury bespoke dining company Cuisson will be bringing their latest gastronomic event to the famous Burlington Arcade with a one-of-a-kind pop-up afternoon tea in association with Laurent-Perrier .
Taking place from Wednesday 8th April 2015 – July 2015, Cuisson will be offering a modern interpretation on afternoon tea and turning this classic British custom on its head for a memorable dining experience.
Pastry chef Hideko Kawa (previously at The Fat Duck) has come up with an impressive menu that includes her signature sweet burger, Cuisson choux pastry with caramel and candied herbs, smoked salmon cornet with caviar, scones and more.
This special event will take place over a former jewellery shop inside The Burlington Arcade, transforming the area into a decadent dining space, where even the previous shop’s jewellery cases will be used as cake displays.
The Cuisson Afternoon tea costs £65 and includes two glasses of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé.
THIS EVENT IS NOW OVER.
