Rudy's Pizza

It’s no secret that here at Crummbs, we love our pizza. So imagine how delighted we were, to learn that Soho sweetheart Rudy’s Pizza (our go-to spot for all work lunches and celebrations) has announced it will be opening two brand-spanking new locations before the end of the year.

Shoreditch and Tottenham Court Road are the lucky destinations to get a “pizza” the action, AND they’re giving away 5,000 free pizzas to celebrate!

In case you’ve never had the pleasure, Rudy’s follows the authentic Neapolitan tradition of pizza-making. The dough is made fresh daily by their in-house pizzaioli, using Caputo ‘00’ flour which takes over 24 hours to be lovingly made, before being topped with the highest-quality ingredients from Naples. This includes San Marzano tomatoes grown on fields at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, and traditional Fior di Latte mozzarella.

Staying true to the traditions of Naples, each pizza is cooked to order, for around 60 seconds – resulting in a soft and light pizza with an airy and raised edge. Perfection!

Commenting on the new openings, Neal Bates of Rudy’s Pizza, said: “We’re so excited to have the opportunity to share our authentic Neapolitan pizzas to even more Londoners. We’re looking forward to showing those across the capital just how authentic our menu is with 5,000 free pizzas available as you really do have to taste it to believe it.”
