Tickets are now on sale for the Enchanted Nordic Yulefest popping-up in the heart of Shoreditch this December.
As Revelers are transported into a cavern of candlelit misty archways by evergreen crowned spritely hosts you enter a world bedecked with antlers, taxidermy and sheepskin-laden nooks. As well as the abundance of Scandi delights they’ll also be DJ’s, entertainers and the charismatic Tomte (Santa Claus to you and me) who will be leading the merriment into the early hours nightly.
Try your hand at an impish game of Wheel of Fortune or enter the chamber of bravery, where you can attempt to eat Swedish delicacy Surströmming (rotting herring). A grizzly bear lurks in the photo booth and antlered beasts invite you to indulge in drinking games.
Smorgasbords of delicious local delicacies will include barbecued reindeer & fermented blackberries, roasted and smoked duck, with apple & prune, pickled herring tempura & dill mayo, smoked Norwegian beef tartare and torched mackerel We’ll be washing it all down with divine cocktails such as Sandy Claws, Nutty Sours and Yule Smacks, as well as free-flowing gluehwein, of course!
The Enchanted Nordic Yulefest will be available for private hire from 1st – 18th December 2016 in addition to pop-up events
