Great British Craft Beer Challenge

The Challenge Continues… Round 3: GB vs USA, featuring British and American breweries showcasing their rare craft beers across a whole day of entertainment for all.

Great Britain has always stood tall against its cheery friend America, with ballsy Brits taking over their televisions & radios. It is safe to say that in the arts, Great Britain holds its own. However it is fair to say the Great British public smash them at drinking, but does this mean that the beers are better? The British Craft Beer Challenge is back to delve deeper into the exciting world of international brewing.

Over on the other side of the Atlantic, the craft beer industry is now more thriving & innovative than ever. Can the tastes of brewers in the UK compare to those of the USA? The British Craft Beer Challenge is here to find out, with Round Three returning to The Brewhouse on Saturday 5th July.

Even the most educated of pallets may find some surprises whilst sipping through 40 mouth-watering beers from the UK & USA. Participating America Breweries Sierra Nevada, Victory Brewing, Oskar Blues & Ska Brewing will be sending some of their most unique & interesting brews to battle national favourites, Magic Rock, London Fields Brewery, Harbour & Brewdog.

Never fear if you are no fan of beer, not only will there be a fully stocked bar, but a Pimms Station will be serving pitchers of Pimms, Prosecco & Strawberries. Hosts, The Brewhouse will provide Pizza’s made in their alfresco clay oven, and America-style hot dogs & burgers, all expertly paired to beers, by London Fields Brewery’s head brewers. Keep entertained by playing classic British Pub Games, whilst dancing to an all-star American favourite’s playlist & live music.

Sounds like a great place to nurse our July 4th celebrations……. Any excuse!
