Christmas is coming (we know it’s still really too early, sorry!) but for all you organised folks out there, PAUL have got your Christmas treats sorted!
Passed down through five generations, artisan bakery and patisserie PAUL have created a range of festive recipes perfect for every Yuletide celebration. From beautiful cakes, sweet stocking fillers and gorgeous gifts, PAUL have got you covered.
Their range of festive Bûches de Noël come in a selection of sizes, flavours and glazes to suit all tastes for the perfect standout centrepiece or gift for when visiting friends and family. There are three bûche on offer – Bûche Châlet, Bûche Roulée Chocolat and Bûche Raspberry Nougat.
The Chalet, as you may guess from the name, is designed to look like a snow-topped Alpine lodge and is made up of layers of soft almond biscuit and gianduja mousse topped with a praline pastry roof. If only they all tasted this good! The Raspberry Nougat is fresh and light, perfect for those who can’t cope with more chocolate. But our personal favourite is the classic Bûche Roulée Chocolat or chocolate log to you and me! Stuffed with almond biscuit, smooth milk chocolate cream and rich dark chocolate mousse and then topped with chocolate shavings – divine!
PAUL Christmas selection will be available in all PAUL shops across the UK from Tuesday 10th November. Small bûchettes will be available from this date, the large Bûches de Noël range is available from Friday 11th November. Bûche Roulée Chocolat available from Friday 4th November.
