Pescatori sits just within that price range that I would categorise as best suited for special occasions or a payday treat but any anxieties about the bill are quickly alleviated once you taste the food.
The tuna carpaccio with prosecco made for a refreshing starter and the one person seafood platter could very comfortably serve two.
Best of all however was the blackberry and apple crumble with hazelnut and pistachio, while not a traditional Italian pudding it was still the best crumble I’ve tested in a long time.
Overall near on perfect with the exception of the soundtrack. I’m not a fan of pianists in restaurants but would have taken any variety of easy listening over Wham!
