Rola Wala Spitalfields Launch Day: Get a Free Roll or Bowl and Help Feed a Child Living in Poverty
Rola Wala launches in Spitalfields today (July 26th) and to celebrate, they are giving away 300 free spice-fuelled lunches from the menu of naan rolls and grain bowls, including ‘The Nagaland Lamb’ and the vegan ‘Red Dal’.
Working closely with its charity partner One Feeds Two, Rola Wala will also donate a meal to a child living in poverty for every roll or bowl given away, meaning that each lunch will be doing good as well as tasting good.
With their simple idea of using hunger to end hunger, One Feeds Two are revolutionising the way we give to charity by making it part of the daily routine rather than relying on one off donations. In this spirit, Rola Wala will continue to support One Feeds Two past launch day, donating a meal for every naan roll sold in the future. It’s a simple idea but a big difference can be made – at Rola Wala’s Leeds site they have already donated over 300,000 nutritious meals to school children living in poverty all over the world.
