Worship Street Whistling Shop x Hendrick’s

For the not so summery summer days, Worship Street Whistling Shop is hosting the Hendricks Surreptitious Subterranean Garden. Hidden below street level, the bar has transformed itself into a lush garden – a theme which runs into the cocktails. Expect wheelbarrows and watering cans!

Throughout the summer there will be a changing menu of cocktails developed by the team. The first is entitled ‘The Garden of Wonder and Unusual Flowers’ which is inspired by Hendrick’s cucumber and rose petal infusions. The second, launching later in the summer will be inspired by vegetables…

But for now, you can enjoy drinks such as the Cucumberolic 75, a twist on the classic French 75, a combination of Hendricks gin, cucumber acid and sparkling rose flower. The Anomalous Negroni mixes Hendricks with hibiscus sweet wine and Kamm & Sons while a spin on a martini comes in the form of Hendricks, Buzz Button vermouth and Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto to create the Oddlytini.

As well as the special menu, the Worship Street Whistling Shop will also be hosting a programme of masterclasses and events throughout the summer. For more information, visit: http://www.whistlingshop.com/
