Urban Edibles is a new one off Supper Club centred on carefully crafted small plates and cocktails created with foraged vegetables, herbs and flowers.
Launching on Wednesday 12th August, Urban Edibles will be taking place at Ask for Janice, the modern British all-day restaurant and bar that looks onto Smithfield’s Market.
Guests will learn about Urban London ingredients and the art of foraging on their doorstep! You’ll be able to see how foraged goods can be incorporated into gastronomy as seen in Ask For Janice’s imaginative menu, from locations such as Hackney Wish, Highgate Wood to neighbouring Clerkenwell.
Tickets are £10 and include an informal tasting session that have incorporated the foraged ingredients, including one of Ask for Janice’s signature gin based cocktails. Additionally, recipe cards will be available to be taken away to encourage culinary experimentation at home.

- Elderberry
- Rosehip
- Hedgerow Berries
