Wine & Music at The Cellar at Terroirs

On Wednesday 1st July, The Cellar at Terroirs will launch the first night in its series of ‘Wine and Music’…

…an exciting new event, co-hosted by the team from Wine and Vinyl, where wine lovers can quench their thirst to the beat of classic tunes. To kick off the series, Wine and Vinyl founders Ben Adamo and Darren Smith, alongside DJ DR Krugger, have put together a setlist drawing from the soundtracks of cult movies such as Pulp Fiction and Full Metal Jacket.

A backdrop of classic wine moments from film history, including those from Midnight in Paris, and Tu Seras Mon Fils, will also be projected onto the walls to complete the filmographic experience. As if that weren’t enough, comedian James Dowdeswell, who is renowned for his witticisms on wine and has appeared on Russell Howard’s Good News, will be punctuating the evening with four short sets.

A condensed version of Terroirs’ 200 bin wine list has been carefully compiled for the event, showcasing five whites and five reds by the bottle as well as ten wines by the glass and a couple of bottles of sparkling. However, for anyone struggling to find the right drop for the next drop, the full list will also be available and the Terroirs team will be on hand to assist, advise and alleviate indecision. Head Chef, Dale Osbourne, has put together a seasonally-focused tapas menu, comprising a selection of Terroirs’ signature dishes as well as some fresh additions such as Buffalo Mozzarella, Fava Beans & Mint and Salt cod croquetas with lemon aioli.

Terroirs’ first Wine & Music evening will be held on Wednesday, 1st July between 7pm and 11pm and on the first Wednesday of the month thereafter.

Entry is £3 and can be paid on the door.
