The Rum Kitchen brings a taste of Caribbean heart and soul to Soho
Following the success of The Rum Kitchen in Notting Hill, the second site opens in Kingly Court this Monday 9th December!
The all-day dining menu will continue to showcase the vibrant flavours of the West Indies, with the team’s modern approach to Caribbean cuisine.
The menu will offer Caribbean classics ranging from saltfish fritters to the traditional curried mutton, as well as some new favourites including the swordfish sandwich with a spicy tartare and a crispy pork belly, watermelon and mango salad.
In addition The Rum Kitchen, Carnaby will offer a daily sweet treat, including slabs of banana and rum loaf!
Alex Potter comments “Our love for the Caribbean culture led us to create the concept of The Rum Kitchen, a fun space where locals can dine and experience a rustic and quality focused Caribbean offering. After the success of our first site we felt that the natural progression for the brand would be to open a site in Soho. With its vibrant lifestyle, and colourful streets, Soho is the perfect location for our mix of West Indian dining and London nightlife.”
If you agree with that then you’ll want to head down after work for the legendry cocktail menu. Its signature serves include the Rattle Skull Punch – a secret blend of rum punch with spices and fruits and the Rumbustion – cooling coconut, spices and rum.
If winter ain’t your thang – this is your place!
