For over a century, Gardet Champagnes have been synonymous with quality. This evening masterclass will be part of The Handbook series and will uncover how the modern House of Gardet at Chigny-les-Roses have managed to use the best of traditional and modern techniques to create their delicate champagne. In celebration of the most romantic of drinks, the evening will be perfect for a post-Valentine night of intrigue and romance.
The B&H Handbook is presented by Clerkenwell’s popular all day Modern brasserie and bar, Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings. Ever committed to the intellectual prowess of their guests, Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings are continuing with their series of discussions hosted by industry experts. These informal and interactive sessions embrace different drinks at each event and furnish guests with a deeper knowledge of, greater intrigue for, the studied spirits. On Tuesday 16th February The Handbook will be inviting guests to taste and hear the wonders of Gardet Champagnes.
Taking place in the subterranean clubroom, Below & Hidden, this intimate space lends itself ideally to an evening of inventive cocktail creating and edifying discourse from some of London’s most well informed industry aficionados.
