SHORYU SOHO

Because you can never have too much Ramen….

Having launched its debut restaurant on Regent Street last year, Shoryu Ramen has expanded, with the opening of its second site, SHORYU SOHO, replacing the pop-up on Denman Street, in the heart of Soho.

This second site offers the same selection of delicious Tonkotsu Ramen as the Regent Street branch, described by A.A. Gill as “the real stuff the Japanese didn’t want you to find out about”.

Providing the most authentic tasting tonkotsu outside of Japan, the restaurant is serving up varieties including Wasabi, Piri Piri and their signature Shoryu version. Traditional sushi, sashimi and starter dishes are also available. And if Sake’s your thing then you’ll appreciate Europe’s biggest selection here with over 120 different varieties on the menu!

Our favourite? Hana Houhoushu – a beautiful sparkling sake infused with rose petal and hibiscus.

As if you need anymore convincing, these guys have also recently been recommended in the Michelin Guide 2014.
