The Hoxton’s Fresh + Fit Fest: tickets now LIVE

Feeling full of good intentions? Good news – Fresh + Fit Fest, The Hoxton’s sell-out annual fitness festival, returns to The Hoxton, Shoreditch and Holborn on Saturday 27th January.  

Now in its fourth year, Fresh + Fit Fest is a free-to-attend, all-day festival which brings together some of the buzziest names in fitness, best classes and trainers, most covetable activewear brands, and tastiest healthy goodies for one of the most talked-about fitness festivals of the year. There will be a whopping 100 brands on board, including Gymbox, Fat Buddha Yoga, Tally Rye, Zanna van Dijk, Pai Skincare, 1Rebel, triyoga, lululemon, Another Space, Plenish and Adrienne Herbert. Classes and talks are ticketed at £5-7 so you can dip in and out at your hearts content.

Feeling hungry? Head on over to Shoreditch for their pop-up health food market filled with healthy, nutritious and of course, delicious food and drink. Free samples are up for grabs so nibble your way around, try before you buy and sample the latest that the health food industry has to offer. Wyldsson and Rebel Kitchen will be serving up a free breakfast in the pantry kitchen (as it’s the most important meal of the day). At lunchtime Essence Cuisine will be serving up salads and wraps for under £10 (bargain!), alongside offerings from Alchemy Superblends, Brave, CocoPro, Chia Co, Ember, Gato & Co., Moju Juice, Point Blank Coffee, Pukka Tea, Rhythm 108, VITL and a Wild Fizz Kombucha Bar. The Hoxton Grill will also have their healthy hat on, offering their healthiest menu options.

The rise in plant-based diets, products and nutritional advice can’t be ignored- they’re everywhere! But is all this hype healthy?

Join the Soil Association (UK leaders in certifying what’s organic and what’s not), as they bring in panellists Kara Rosen, Founder of Plenish, Karen Newby of Alchemy Superblends and Euan MacLennan, medicinal herbalist at Pukka. They’ll be discussing the power of the plant in today’s society, at The Hoxton, Holborn.

If you haven’t had Wunder Workshop’s turmeric before then you’re missing out! Wunder Workshop are the world’s first turmeric specialist, ethically sourcing the purest organic turmeric all the way from Sri Lanka!

During their kitchen demo at The Hoxton, Holborn, they’ll share why turmeric is such an important spice to add to your daily life. They’ll be making turmeric lattes to keep you warm and you’ll be able to make your own turmeric face mask to take home with you. Lush.

Lily feels that food is there for enjoyment as much as it’s needed for nourishment (something we obviously agree with!) and it’s totally possible to trim down with a diet that’s proven to boost your mood.
