Sunshine Collins
Ingredients
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Carrot Shrub
20ml Campari
40ml Hoxton Gin
Top Ginger Ale
Pour all the ingredients into a glass and add ice.
Top with ginger ale and garnish with dried lemon.
