Doughnut Time is launching its second London store today, in the heart of Shoreditch! To celebrate the opening of the site on Old Street, the team will be offering up two hours of free doughnuts, including an exclusive Shoreditch doughnut from 12:30-2:30pm on Friday 15th December.
Doughnut Time’s bakers have masterminded the ‘Stout Out to Shoreditch’ doughnut that will be sold exclusively at the East London store. The craft Stout beer glazed doughnut is topped with Stout-flavoured chocolate cake pieces, and finished with gold dusted mocha beans and a coffee glaze drizzle. This is the ultimate winter treat for craft beer, coffee and chocolate lovers alike! ‘Stout out to Shoreditch’ will be included alongside Doughnut Time’s classics during the 2-hour giveaway on Friday.
To continue the season of giving, Doughnut Time will be donating £1.00 from each ‘Stout Out to Shoreditch’ doughnut purchased from Friday 15th December until December 31st to local East London charity Step Forward, who offer support to young people in Tower Hamlets in the fight against poverty.

Following the success of the 6-week pop-up in Old Street station earlier this year, Doughnut Time announced the launch of a permanent residency in Shoreditch so East Londoners could get their sugar fix 7 days a week.
The future is looking sweet for Doughnut Time, with plans to open a Doughnut Academy above its Shaftesbury Avenue store in January 2018, giving customers the chance to showcase their artistic and culinary skills as they decorate and customise their own doughnut creations. And the doughnut expansion continues as Doughnut Time is set to open new stores in Notting Hill and London City Airport early next year.
