To start – King Prawn Tempura, with an aphrodisiac powered ponzo dressing, followed by Pink Lady Seafood Dumplings and their signature Duck & Watermelon Salad to share. For main course, choose between the Angus Beef dressed with Wasabi Celeriac Puree and Wild Mushroom Jus or Chilean Sea Bass, Roasted Cherry Tomato Salsa and Soy Onion Dressing.
