Feast in the Fields will return to The Brewhouse in Hackney this summer after successfully expanding the waistlines of East London’s foodies last year.
The festival will kick off on Saturday 17th May with “Handcrafted in Hackney”, showcasing a host of local traders and producers throughout the day who will be delighting hungry Londoners with their tasty wares.
We kick off the culinary celebrations with some of London’s favourite street food offerings including; Thank Cluck, Polish Deli London, Better Health Bakery, Tacu Tacu, 7 Bridges Deli, and Square Pie.
“After the success of last year’s feast, we’re extremely happy to be back at The Brewhouse. I’m especially looking forward to Thank Cluck’s ‘Hackney Hot-Wing Challenge’ with their devilishly scary concentrated ghost chilli extract sauce” says Stephen Prescott – Events Manager
In addition to the great food & drink on offer, there will be something for the whole family to enjoy with; street performers, cookery demonstrations, eating competitions and games for the kids (of all ages). As the day draws to a close the party continues with a night of funk and house brought to you by house trio, Best Intentions and Beat Diplomacy featuring electro and live instrumental funk.
The frivolity and flavour will be on show at London Fields Brewhouse, under the railway arches, on Helmsley Place, across 5 dates this summer, head down and chow down, summer is finally here!
