Currently closed for a much-anticipated redesign and refurb, Ember Yard returns this month with a brand new menu and head chef, alongside the very exciting news of Soho’s newest cocktail hotspot, The Ember Bar.
Expect the menu to be centred around the josper grill with the majority of dishes cooked over natural charcoal to ‘showcase the best in seasonal Spanish and Italian small plates with the elements of fire and smoke’. Exciting new dishes and nostalgic nods to old Ember Yard favourites include grass-fed rib-eye with chicken jus and membrillo (quince) glazed pork ribs. Inside, the redesign focuses on creating a vibrant yet classic ‘bodega’ tapas bar vibe downstairs and a warm, buzzy atmosphere in the upstairs restaurant.
