A London Underground themed micro-brewery in an old sorting office off Oxford Street? Sounds like something to look forward to!
In celebration of their 150th Anniversary, Transport for London (TfL) are collaborating with Camden Town Brewery to install a micro-brewery bar at The Design Junction.
Camden Town Brewery will be hosting daily beer tasting sessions for visitors. They have also announced the Real Food Festival as the street food supplier; who will bring a selection of our favourite vans from the Southbank show. Including Jaime Oliver’s Barbecoa creating a pop up restaurant and an Italian themed café run by La Marzocco!
Keeping the Undergraound theme; the bar will be created using Fired Earth’s new range of elegant, historic tiles which are manufactured from original Underground heritage station tiles. The benches will be upholstered in a selection of vibrant new textile designs by Kirby Design which have been inspired by original Underground moquette seating patterns. Illumination will be created by NUD, where each cable will represent a tube line.
