A Quick Ceviche Masterclass….


Their Ceviche Asado Pisco event has unfortunately sold out! But don’t worry, we have a little Ceviche recipe for you to try at home whilst you kick yourself for not having grabbed a ticket sooner…


You will need…

SeaBass, Lime, Chilli, Ginger, Onion, Garlic
A splash of Evaporated Milk
A dash of Fish Stock


How to make it…

1. Chop and mix the Lime, Chilli, Ginger, Onion, Garlic, Evap Milk, Stock
2. Slice & Dice the SeaBass then let marinate in your mixture for 30mins



Serve… with Sweet Gem Lettuce and of course a cold Corona on the side 😉
