It’s not too late to bag yourself 50% off at new contemporary Vietnamese restaurant, FOLD.
We stumbled upon FOLD last night on the way out of the House of Peroni Launch and we’re so glad we did!
They just so happened to have 50% off as they are still on soft launch which you can get tomorrow too – after that it will still be 25% off all next week!
Handily located on Brick Lane, FOLD specialise in foldable food and rice paper dishes. You might be more familiar with the term summer or crystal roll, but yes that. It’s healthy, gluten free and low carb – win win!
At FOLD, rice paper is available freshly steamed, grilled, soft or fried. Some are more fiddly than others! Fresh folds include tiger prawns with lemongrass and hot mint and roast beef with sesame purple shiso. DIY Folding sets get messy but are pretty fun (think Chinese duck pancakes!).
You’ll also have a selection of sauces to dip into – kind of like a Vietnamese Nando’s! We couldn’t get enough of the chicken wings dipped into the nutty sauce.
