Chic champagne bar Voltaire takes to the streets this spring to champion their favourite street food vendors alongside live music.
Located in the vaults of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, street food favourites, The Cheese Truck, Bill or Beak & Randy’s Wing Bar will be taking it in turn with successive three week residencies starting from late March.

Slinging great grilled cheese since 2013 from their bright yellow truck at all their fav markets & festivals – The Cheese Truck will kick things off with some gooey toasties.
Showcasing the best of British artisan cheese, delicious combos will include:
Classic Keen’s Cheddar, Ogleshield & mixed onion
Cropwell Bishop Stilton, sweet cure bacon and pear chutney
Rosary goat’s cheese, honey and walnuts with rosemary butter
Queso Chihuahua cheese, chorizo and rocket.

A Western twist on British ingredients, Bill or Beak will be serving fully-loaded burgers filled with either duck (bill) or chicken (beak!)
We can’t decide which is our favourite, but as luck would have it they are only a fiver each or £9 for both – so order both!
Bill: shredded duck and pork, topped with spring onions, coriander, mint, and a Vietnamese dressing with tempura shallots.
Beak: grilled, corn-fed chicken drizzled in Caesar anchovy dressing topped with tempura capers, rosemary croutons and fresh parmesan.

Randy’s Wing Bar brings American-style chicken wings to the line-up. Things get pretty messy with the perfectly marinated, spicy, addictive, crispy wings.
