Connecting Hackney Downs and Clapton, Verden offers up beautifully sourced cheese, wine and meat – our three favourite things!
Featuring a great outside space for sunny afternoons as well as a welcoming basement which I’ll be spending the colder months in, this place has both style and substance.
Lovely staff talked us through the menu, try creating your own cheese & meat boards and follow up with one of the 3 carefully selected and always changing mains.
Even better, all of the wine, cheese & cured meats will be available to take home from the basement deli.
