This winter Zinc – a new nightclub offering cocktails, dancing & DJs as well as fab views of the city, will launch on the 31st floor of the iconic Centre Point building.
Located just below Paramount restaurant, Zinc will open Friday & Saturday evenings with a 24 hour license – sounds like a great excuse to make a night of it!
Signature drinks will include: The Zinc Julep, a refreshing blend of Bombay Sapphire Gin, Thyme-infused Dry Vermouth with a dash of Lavender Bitters, topped with Tonic Water, Beekeeper a warming mix of Butter-infused Bacardi shaken with Lime and Honey and 21st Century, a delicate infusion of Grey Goose Vodka, White Chocolate, Lemongrass, Billecart-Salmon Champagne and Rosemary.
Guests will also be able to enjoy sliders and other gourmet sharing dishes, changing on a regular basis and guaranteed to “open up guests’ imaginations and palates”. Quite a claim guys – bring it on!
