Duck & Waffle have just announced their first initiative for the fantastic charity committed to ending childhood hunger will be an exclusive ‘Experimental Supper’ in which 18 lucky guests will get the first look at several brand new dishes created by Executive Head Chef, Dan Doherty.
Guests will be able to try never seen before dishes such as ‘Lamb with Salt Baked Celeriac and Anchovy’ and ‘Jerusalem artichoke custard tart’ in Duck & Waffle’s Private Dining Room (the highest in the UK) and all proceeds will go directly to the charity.
Executive Chef Doherty, a long time ambassador for the charity that works alongside the UK food industry to raise funds and awareness towards eradicating child hunger said:
“I am delighted myself and the Duck & Waffle team will be supporting Action Against Hunger on an ongoing basis.” “I believe it is a perfect fit for the restaurant and a truly fantastic charity. I can’t wait to get involved in this endeavor and have some fun creating exciting dishes whilst raising money for an excellent cause.”
The dinner is Monday 21st March and ticket prices are £85 per person which includes a four course meal paired with wine and a cocktail on arrival.
