Double Dutch recipes are inspired by the method of Food Pairing, taking into consideration that ingredients combine well when they share key flavour components. Working with a food chemist, Double Dutch chemically analysed molecules in their flavour compounds and looked at the molecules in white spirits to see which flavours went best – resulting in a flavour pairing that is scientifically proven to be harmonious.
