East, South, Street Food

Dalston Yard is back AGAIN

…and now you don’t have to decide between East or South.

After two spectacular weeks at Model Market, the second Summer of Grub ramps up another notch this weekend with the re-launch of Dalston Yard. The ‘International Capital of Night Markets’™®© kicks off this Friday and Saturday 01/02 May with more traders, more bars, more seating and more cover than EVER BEFORE.

The 22-week long spring and summer season will be home to an EPIC roll call of over 50 of London’s best street food traders. Veterans B.O.B.’s Lobster, Breddos, Bleecker St., Mama’s Jerk, Rola Wala, Smokestak and Yum Bun settle back into permanent spots while hero-in-waiting Oli Baba’s is the first trader to set up shop in the fortnightly rotating Showcase Space. Click here for the full line-up.

Dalston Yard is HUGE and built for exploring so make sure you work your way up, down and around the yard, visiting some fantastic bars along the way. Start sensibly with a fizzy ginseng-laced aperitif at the Kamm Shed, home to boozy botanists Kamm and Sons, before discovering brand-spanking-new GOLD Thai-style container-top beer bar.

Back at Model Market, last weekend’s drizzle didn’t stop over 4,000 of you eating, drinking and carnival dancing through two glimmering nights in South East London. Don’t worry, this is continuing alongside Dalston Yard this weekend for LOADS more street food, booze and strictly-vinyl grooves. Here’s the full trader trader line-up.

That’s it. See you in Dalston or Lewisham or BOTH.
