The Running Horse in Mayfair is launching a new brunch menu with the star dish being the lobster croissant! A bit of luxury in the morning! It launches on the 15th of September and to celebrate, all food off the new menu will be 50% for the whole week. On top of that they are hosting a coffee amnesty – take in an empty coffee cup from any well known chain and upgrade to an ethical coffee from Origin Coffee Roaster.
Mayfair’s oldest pub will now be open from 7.30am – 11.30am each day to allow alcoholics early risers to indulge in brunch.
The new menu created by The Running Horse head chef will include the signature dishes of a luxurious, indulgent lobster croissant as well as baked avocado and hen eggs. Alongside these, more traditional breakfast dishes will be served, with corn beef hash with duck and The Running Horse full English featuring on the menu. If this isn’t enough to satisfy hungry breakfasters, customers will be able to help themselves to unlimited homemade sourdough toast.
As well as tempting food options, the pub will also offer fresh pressed juice and great-tasting ethical coffee from Origin Coffee Roasters, as well as all-day free refills on filter coffees. What’s more, those looking to nurse a weekend hangover will be able to indulge in the perfect hair-of-the-dog cure; a Chase Vodka Bloody Mary.
If this isn’t enough to draw in the crowds, for the week commencing Monday 15th October, The Running Horse will be offering tempting discount of 50% off the breakfast food menu. The pub will also participate in their very own coffee amnesty during this week, trading any old cups for a free refill in one of its own – the perfect way to upgrade your standard brew for one of a better breed!
