Don Ceviche is a must order. Fresh seabass in amarillo chilli tiger’s milk, limo chilli & red onions – juicy, fresh, bursting with flavour. We also opted for the beef heart & chicken skewers, the quinoa salad, and wait for it……….MAC N CHEESE. Sure they call it Huancaina Macaroni and I’m sure it’s very authentic. Quite frankly I don’t care, just never take it off the menu. I would definitely consider this in the running for best mac n cheese in London. Big talk.
