Newly opened restaurant, Bistrò By Shot in conjunction with their sister café Shot Espresso, will be launching the perfect summer refreshment a dedicated iced coffee bar.
Serving a selection of creative coffee cocktails, there will be nowhere better to cool down this summer.
The iced coffee bar will offer customers a chance to try out Bistrò’s very own special single, double and for those who need a real pick-me-up, triple Espresso Martinis, alongside their signature shakerato and affogato. Using the finest Italian coffee gelato made daily at Ice & Slice. These delicious coffee cocktails will leave you buzzing.
This spring, an elegant all-day dining concept will arrive in Parsons Green that looks set to become the neighbourhood’s new gem of choice. Bistrò by Shot will offer seasonal dishes with a French-Italian twist, using ingredients sourced predominantly from independent local suppliers.
From the team behind popular café and bar, Shot Espresso, and the recently launched pizza and ice cream venue, Ice & Slice, Bistrò by Shot will be headed up by talented Head Chef Fabrice Meier, formerly of Trinity, The Wild Game Company and One-O-One Knightsbridge. The menu will evolve naturally, dictated by the seasons, and bring home-style cooking to an informal and stylish setting.
