“An evening of Food, Fashion and Fitness. The evening will commence with a three course meal with the theme being a healthy take on an ‘American Diner’. There will be talks by Enhance Nutrition and Charli Cohen. There will also be an installation from That Girl and pop ups by Active In Style and Every Second Counts. Oh and did we mention healthy (ish) cocktails? Yes those too! And if that wasn’t enough you will receive a goodie bag featuring some amazing brands such as Women’s Health, Optimum Nutrition, Rude Health, Misfit and many many more.”
