Delamina, an 80-cover Eastern Mediterranean restaurant from husband and wife team Limor and Amir Chen (Strut & Cluck) is on soft launch for three days next week.
Limor will be the driving force behind the menu at Delamina, drawing on her eclectic heritage — she was born in Tel Aviv to a family of Russian and Iranian origins — to create dishes such as herbed & spiced angus beef & venison koftas on a bed of hummus & tahini, grilled onions, harissa oil drizzle and charcoaled leeks with crumbled manouri, dried apricots, roasted hazelnuts & crispy capers.
Delamina will be on soft launch from Monday 5th to Wednesday 7th March with 50% off food only at lunch and dinner.
Delamina will open fully to the public on Thursday 8th March at 56-58 Marylebone Lane, London W1U 2NX.
