For those of you who fondly remember getting home from Turnmill’s in the early hours of the morning, you might want to head along to #RETURNMILLS at Albion, Clerkenwell this weekend.
Featuring special guests, Our/London and The Pickle House (to continue the good times) and Good Beans, Lemonaid, Charitea and Seedlip (if you’ve had too much of a good time) every Sunday they’ll be dishing up brunch plus a cocktail for 15 quid.
If you haven’t been to the latest Albion location yet, it’s HUGE. Head to the basement for old skool vibes, order yourself a classic brunch dish (you can’t go wrong with the avocado on toast), kick back and relax.
We LOVED that you could order every cocktail made up with either Our/London vodka or our favourite non-alcoholic Seedlip – more of this please people! But whichever way you choose to go, you won’t be disappointed. The super green frittata was massive, with a proper gooey middle that we strive for at home but never quite pull off. You’ll leave feeling super virtuous. For something more indulgent go for the smoked kipper with a perfect fried egg on top – both come with a side of door stop wedge toast and plenty of butter.
Get down there before midday and you’ll even get free tea & coffee!
We defy you to make it out the door without buying anything from the gorgeous café upstairs though – if you do, you’re made of stronger stuff than us!!
