For the first time Red’s True Barbecue have come South, way down to the deep south – to Shoreditch to be precise. Having converted thousands at their pop up that’s been taking the Old Blue Last by storm, Red’s set up their permanent alter at 54-56 Great Eastern Street restaurant launches from 24th July.
Red’s are the ONLY UK BBQ aficionados that take an annual pilgrimage to the Deep South to bear witness to the best in authentic techniques. A video of their UV road trip can be seen below and the very best flavours and inspirations are reflected in the their menus.
