Raclette Brother’s open Alpes

Raclette Brothers

This April, street food favourites Raclette Brothers will be opening their first permanent site at Pop Brixton. Aptly named, Alpes will serve food and drink inspired by the Alps region.

Cured meats will be sourced from Borough Market’s Cannon & Cannon and cheeses from Neal’s Yard, Alsop & Walker, Comte from Borough Cheese Co and Swiss artisan cheese from Jumi, plus meat from H.G. Walter. Herbs and edible flowers will be grown on founders, Steve and Jamie’s allotment in London’s Brockwell Park.

Alpes will be the first restaurant in London to serve raclette on a traditional machine, scraping melted cheese in front of customers at the table – as well as fondues with unlimited refills of side dishes (fries, salad, baguette) and lighter bar snacks of rosti balls, mini diots, crispy curd bites, charred asparagus with hazelnut pesto and butter bean hummus.

Where do we sign up! Even better, they’re offering you 50% off food during their soft launch which will take place from 24th-29th April, ahead of the official opening date on 1st May.
