Bel-Air, the home of feel good fast food, will be celebrating the sunshine with the launch of their new Summer Picnic Hampers.
Available weekdays from 11.30am – 4pm, Bel-Air’s Summer Picnic Hamper (priced from £40 for four people) will be made fresh to order before being loaded into a wicker basket, complete with bright yellow straps, for collection. Bringing a little lunchtime luxury to the (picnic) table, Bel-Air will also provide crockery, silver cutlery, glassware and a set of portable speakers. Diners can choose between their own sounds of summer, or Bel-Air’s bespoke Spotify playlist, with tracks by Talking Heads, Chet Faker and Violent Femmes.
Picnic-goers will have their pick of Bel-Air’s wholesome menu with a choice of virtuous summer salads, such as Sweet Potato, Rocket & Cranberry with pumpkin seeds and lime yoghurt dressing or Pecan & Kohlrabi Waldorf with celery, green apples, mint and apple cider vinegar dressing, topped with Chicken, Salmon, Smoked Mackerel or Vegetarian Frittata. For something sweet there will be Double Chocolate Almond Butter Cookies and Coconut & Mango Cashew ‘Panna Cotta’s’ both free of refined sugars and to wash it all down, ice-cold fresh Lemonade, or smoothies such as ‘The Matt Damon’ with blueberries, kale and beetroot.
Situated at 54 Paul Street, Shoreditch Bel-Air’s neighbouring park provides the perfect picnic spot, and if you’re lunch hour won’t allow it Bel-Air will be at Summer Tales every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night until the end of August.
