We’ve had the pleasure of visiting Eastwell Manor in the past and thoroughly enjoyed floating around in our gowns, from treatment room to pool and back again. Summer is a great time of year to visit with so much more to the spa then meets the eye. This clever pack of face masks are a lifesaver after a day in the sun. If you’re anything like us, you only need to think about the sunshine to get a bit pink, but these replenish your complexion when the rays have taken their toll. Containing hyaluronic acid, they smell amazing whilst the chamomile calms everything down a notch. Leave to sink in for 10-20 minutes if you can.

I’m getting married later this year so I’ll be ramping up my skincare regime to make sure I’m looking my best in the photos. This new treatment uses Champneys newest skincare range and is both relaxing AND delivers results. Something I always look for in a treatment. The diamond dermabrasion works to removes dead skin cells and stimulates collagen and elastin production, whilst the LED Light Therapy Hood uses natural light energy to heal and improve skin. Bliss.
THE RETREAT – Total body reboot juice detox and Pilates with Amanda Hamilton at Champneys Tring (2, 3 or 4 nights), from £659
We’ve got a very busy summer ahead of us, so we loved the sound of this total body reboot with TV nutritional expert Amanda Hamilton. Available at Tring for either 2, 3 or 4 nights, you can expect to lose a bit of weight safely if that’s your goal, de-stress (yes, please!), improve gut health and boost energy levels. Each day will start with a 45 minute Pilates class (we just took this up about six months ago and it’s now our favourite class of the week!) followed by guided walks and a choice of classes – everything from relaxing yoga or meditation to more upbeat Zumba or tennis. A luxury two-hour detox spa experience is included in the package, which supports the detoxification process and is just dreamy. Each day of the retreat there’s both an educational seminar with topics such as gut-health, as well as a more practical workshop where you’ll learn how to make healthy snacks amongst other things.
