SUSHISAMBA are collaborating with LIMA for one night only to create an incredible evening of Peruvian culinary excellence!

Virgilio Martinez, the man behind CENTRAL in Peru (officially 4th best restaurant in the World!) and SUSHISAMBA chef Claudio Cardoso have worked together and created an amazing 8 course taster menu for Saturday 16th April.
