Contrary to the 1994 Blur hit Parklife, you should not “cut down on your pork life mate” and instead get fully invested in what can only be described as an epic celebration of everything that is pig!
For two delicious evenings at Dalston Yard on 26 and 27 September some of London’s best
chefs, restaurants and street food traders will be grilling, roasting, steaming, smoking, pulling, deep-frying (and drinking to) the tastiest branch of the animal kingdom.
Guests will feast till they are Frazzled on an incredible line-up of pork dishes including: soul-
snuggling Pork Belly Fried Rice from Nanban, sensational Hot Dogs from Bubbledogs, epic Bacon Sarnies from Bruno Loubet’s Le Swine, crispy Pig’s Head Terrine and flame-grilled Middle White Pork Chops from Stevie Parle and Rotorino, Smoked Jowl Buns and Hog Sliders from meat masters Turner & George, juicy Porchetta from Blackfoot, Beer Bratwurst and Deep Fried Beer Cheese from The New Milwaukee, tender slow-smoked boar-becue from Q Grill and loads more from Bad Brownie, Bleecker St., Breddos Tacos, HotBox, Kimchinary, Pizza Pilgrims, Rainbo, The Rib Man, SmokeStak and Texas Joe’s.
