French sharing plates and exquisite desserts, in a relaxed and stylish setting?
Welcome the latest addition to Mayfairs dining scene… NAC.
Opened by childhood friends, David Bellaiche, Gabriel Cohen-Elia and Jeremy Coste, NAC’s innovative approach to dining is reflected in the menu with its creative take on traditional dishes.
Highlights include: Oeuf Parfait with forest mushrooms, Grissini-crusted veal and Macaroni & cheese with truffle. While the dessert menu, featuring a tarte du jour prepared by NAC’s very own pastry chef, includes irresistible dishes like Churros with popping sugar, dulcey ice cream and chocolate sauce and Profitéroles with salted caramel & ice cream.
In the dining room, whitewashed, open brick walls are complimented by inviting brown leather banquette seating, wooden tables and floors and industrial touches, making this new Mayfair hotspot modern yet comfortable. Whilst the wood-paneled basement, with antique mirrored walls, reflect an air of cool sophistication in the cocktail bar, with its carefully selected mismatched furniture, vintage accessories and eclectic playlists resonating from the speakers. NAC’s cocktail list offers creative concoctions such as the Lady Grey: Earl grey infused gin, hints of vanilla and peach, a little lime & Champagne and the BVC: Chartreuse, shaken egg white, a few bitters, lime juice & green sugar .
And to top it all off all spirits are infused in-house, with flavours inspired by the trio’s diverse backgrounds in Rio de Janeiro, New York and Paris.
