Manuka Honey

It’s that time of year when the office sniffles start doing the rounds again. From now until March there’s bound to be someone in your vicinity not feeling their best so it’s up to you to protect yourself!

Pow Pow Power Protein Smoothie: Avocado, Almond, Mint and Manuka Honey Smoothie

Serves 2
Prep time 5 mins


1 avocado

75g Blanched almonds (pre-cooked)

1 small handful of mint

juice of one lime

1 tsp Real Health Manuka honey

150ml mineral water

1 pinch of Himalayan sea salt

2/4 ice cubes


Peel and de-stone the avocado, cut into chunks.

Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blitz until smooth. Then serve!
