Seaweed is fast becoming a ‘thing’. Not sure what to do with it? Here’s a recipe from our friends at Itsu….
Starter, main, side or canapé | Prep time 10 minutes
1 packet of itsu crispy seaweed thins makes 6 sandwiches
Ingredients:
1 packet of itsu crispy seaweed thins (any flavour)
Smoked salmon sliced thinly into thin strips
50g cream cheese
Method:
Lay the crispy seaweed thins onto a plate or board
Spread a small amount of cream cheese over the thins, and the smoked salmon on top
Place another crispy seaweed thin on top- or have open if you prefer
Make as many as you want and enjoy!
