Ice Ice Baby!

We reckon the sun needs a little encouragement in coming back out – and the lovely people at uber cool T2 have given us some delicious Iced Tea recipes to share with you guys!!

 

A Very Berry Sunrise

Ingredients

9 Scoops of Very Berry Fruitea

9 Scoops of Southern Sunrise

Fruit of your choice for garnish

 

Method

Place 9 scoops of Very Berry Fruitea and 9 scoops of Southern Sunrise into the infuser of a 2L T2 The Jug. Fill the jug ¾ full with 100°C/212°F water. Do not screw the lid on while the liquid is hot. Infuse for 2 mins and then remove the infuser and leave to cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate. Add loads of ice to serve and garnish with you choice of chopped fruit. For another tasty option, pour your brew into icy pole trays and let them freeze….delish!

Fruity Geisha

Ingredients

15 scoops of Fruitalicious

9 scoops of Geisha Getaway

Fruit of your choice for garnish

 

Method

Place 15 scoops of Fruitalicious and 9 scoops of Geisha Getaway into the infuser of a 2L T2 The Jug. Fill the jug ¾ full with 80°C/176°F water. Do not screw the lid on while the liquid is hot. Infuse for approximately 2 minutes. Remove the infuser and leave to cool at room temperature. Cover and refrigerate. Add loads of ice to serve, and garnish with your choice of chopped fruit.

Make Mine Mango

Ingredients

12 teaspoons of Sencha Mango

6 teaspoons of Turkish Apple

Apples slices for garnish

 

Method

Fill your 2L iced tea jug a third full with boiling water. Add Turkish Apple to the water and stir to dissolve. Allow water to cool for 2mins. Add Sencha Mango to the infuser, attach to lid. Submerge in water and allow to brew for 2mins. Remove infuser and discard leaves. Add ice until full, garnish with apple slices, replace lid and serve.

Pomegranate Sunrise

Ingredients

8 teaspoons of Pumping Pomegranate

8 teaspoons of Southern Sunrise

1 tablespoon honey

Juice of 1 Lime

Limes slices for garnish

 

Method

Fill your 2L iced tea jug a third full with boiling water. Add honey and lime juice to the water and stir to dissolve. Add Pumping Pomegranate and Southern Sunrise to the infuser, attach to lid, submerge in water and allow to brew for 5mins. Remove infuser and discard leaves. Add ice until full, garnish with lime slices, replace lid and serve.

Light My Fire

Ingredients

5 teaspoons of Southern Sunrise

5 teaspoons of Fruit Blush

Rosemary and Basil for garnish

 

Method

Fill your 2L iced tea jug a third full with boiling water. Add Fruit Blush and Southern Sunrise to the infuser, attach to lid, submerge in the water and allow to brew for 3mins. Remove infuser and discard leaves. Add ice until full, garnish with rosemary and basil leaves, replace lid and serve.
