teapigs has a double celebration on this 2nd November 2017. Not only will it celebrate its 11th birthday, but also its 5th year of free tea day! That’s two great reasons to raise a toast – with a good cup of tea, of course.
Bigger and better than ever, the teapigs team are really pulling out all the stops for their 5 year milestone. With over 150,000 cups of tea to give away in over 500 stockists across 25 countries, as well as ‘popping up’ armed with lots of tea at various city locations, here’s how to make sure you get your cuppa.
COUNTRYWIDE TRAIN STATIONS – 7am-9am
teapigs will be popping up at a variety of train stations on the morning of the 2nd handing out FREE TEA! What more could a sleepy commuter ask for? They’ll be able to make themselves a real cuppa when they get into work thanks to the teapigs team. Find them at: Waterloo, Charing Cross, Paddington, Liverpool Street, King’s Cross, Gunnersbury, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester and Bristol.
A CAFÉ OR DELI NEAR YOU
Over 500 teapig stockist locations in 25 countries are joining their FREE TEA party, so pop in, say hello and grab your free cuppa! You’ll know if they are involved because there will be BALLOONS EVERYWHERE. What’s more, to celebrate free tea day, Whole Foods will be giving away teapigs tea in all stores nationwide!
WEST ELM
Throughout October and November teapigs are also popping up in the West Elm store on Tottenham Court Road and will be serving free tea all day. The West Elm pop up is the perfect place to meet the teapigs team, get a free cuppa and a browse through all their fantastic new festive products. If you love tea then this is the place to be on the 2nd of November.
THE TEA BUS
Does a big red bus driving around London handing out FREE TEA sound good? Of course it does. Keep your eye on teapigs’ social media so you don’t miss out! The route starts in Richmond making its way into central London, with a visit to the teapigs café in West Elm and then round the rest of central London in the afternoon.
teapigs free tea day is for everyone, not just committed tea lovers, so join in the fun on 2nd November and don’t forget to be social @teapigs #teapigsfreeteaday.
