Easter at Smoking Goat

This Easter weekend Smoking Goat, the Thai Barbecue restaurant in Soho, have crafted a special feasting menu, including the return of some of their famous sharing dishes.

Available from the 25th-28th March, the feast will include Whole Smoked Aged Saddleback Pigs, aged for six weeks and smoked over sweet chestnut wood with fish sauce, palm sugar and chilli for a smokey, spicy flesh; Curried Crab – quartered whole crab topped with a rich aromatic massaman curry with salted curry leaf and roasted chilli; Duck Offal Laab, a northern Thai classic, fattened ducks are aged for two weeks to give the mince an intense flavor and will be served with roasted rice spicy salad and Tam Som Oh, a pounded pomelo and chilli salad. There will also be a new sharing beer menu for the weekend including small production saison and Belgian style beers.

Launched in 2014, the feasting menus at Smoking Goat are somewhat of a specialty, with booking available to large groups in the small, intimate space, with the atmosphere reminiscent of the old dive bar that used to inhabit the building.

The Smoked Saddleback & Curried Crab Feast will be available from 25th-28th March for lunch and dinner, £35 – minimum 2 people (no max), 48 hours notice needed.
