At 6pm on a Saturday night this place was absolutely rammed. Once the food arrived I could see why.
A constant moan I hear from friends is that “ribs aren’t worth the effort, too messy, not enough meat.” That’s where these guys up the stakes (no pun intended)
These guys are all about the ribs. I’ve not seen this much meat on a rib since Rick Waller auditioned on the X Factor. Absolutely worth the effort, we ordered the Duke’s Greatest Hits BBQ Platter. (One Beef Rib, Pork Rib and Pulled Pork, coleslaw, pickled red onions, BBQ sauces & Texas Garlic Toast) Pulled pork sliders & a side of mac n cheese & shared the lot. And I suggest you do too!
My Dark & Stormy was excellent & of course it would be rude to leave without sampling the ever changing beer menu, all brewed on site. Impressive stuff guys – see you soon x
