There’s a new collaboration on the block at Tokyo Nights, between Coco Face, the raw coconut water brand, and Little Moons, a range of delicious mochi ice cream.
Little Moons is a new, artisan producer of mochi ice cream. They blend traditional Japanese mochi with the finest gelato to create a unique mochi ball. Founded by brother and sister, Howard and Vivien Wong, they developed the recipe over two years, alongside Nobu’s head patisserie chef, Regis Cursan, and each mochi ball is hand-rolled in London!
There are six flavours to try, each using only the finest ingredients: Toasted Sesame, Vanilla, Coconut, Matcha Green Tea, Mango and Raspberry Mochi Ice Cream. Each mochi ice cream has no artificial flavouring, colourings or preservatives and are free from gluten. But best of all, at less than 100 calories each, there’s no reason why you can’t try them all!
While you’re snacking on your mochi, Coco Face offer a range of coconut water cocktails, using only the best coconuts from Thailand. Coco loco!
Tokyo Nights is only open for one more week, it closes THIS Saturday 19th December, so get down there quick!
