Bite Me Burger Co.

If like us you can never come to a firm decision when confronted with a menu – you’re going to love Bite Me Burger Co.

Chef Adam Rawson – two-time winner of London’s prestigious Slider Decider competition – has set up shop in Cha Chaan Teng, Holborn for a very special pop up. The menu features mini-burgers, fries and shakes – so you can work your way through the whole selection, if you want!

We’re normally a bit hesitant about sliders (often too dry!) but these bad boys are oh-so-juicy and served nice and pink in the middle. The Beef Encounter features ‘special’ burger sauce for a riff on the Big Mac, whilst the BC has an aged beef patty, cream cheese aioli, bacon, Brie and crispy onion. YUM! For those wanting something a little different there’s Duck, Chicken and Lamb on offer too. Our personal favourite was Pluck Me with buttermilk fried chicken, yuzu mayo, shredded lettuce and pickles. Veggies, fear not you can replace the patty with a fried aubergine on all options.

We’re told Rawson will regularly add seasonal specials to the menu, ensuring diners receive a steady stream of new favourites.

Fries come dusted with pink Himalayan salt, and the only non-burger alternative is a traditional Hot Dog, topped with crispy onions, tomato sauce and American mustard. The drinks menu is dominated by a selection of thick, American-style shakes, with flavours including Coconut, Peanut Butter and Oreo.

So the only question remains, will you get a Duo (£9), Trio (£12.50) or a Quad (£15)? Or grab some pals and get the sharing feast of twelve mini burgers, four fries and four soft drinks (£59)

All burgers are available to eat in or takeaway.
