Arros QD (home to some of London’s very finest paella) has just announced a series of virtual cook-a-longs with three of Valencia’s most recognised paella chefs. Each of which will show us how to cook their signature dish. The special paella will then feature on the menu for a month if you fancy trying it out yourself.
This Saturday 17th October at 12pm Vicente Rioja, head chef and owner of 96-year old Rioja restaurant in Benisano (which is famous for their traditional paellas) will start with a classic Valencian paella with chicken, rabbit and beans.
Luis Rodríguez from Casa Elías is up in November, creating a unique rabbit and snail version.
Finally, in December you can try your and at a seafood paella with Rafa Margós from El Paeller.
Whether it’s a romantic night in for two or a fun Christmas Zoom party with friends, we’re very into this idea!
Dates:
17th Oct: Paella Valenciana with Vicente Rioja from Restaurante Rioja
14th Nov: Paella con Conejo y Caracoles (rabbit and snails) with Luis Rodríguez from Casa Elías
12th Dec: Seafood paella with Rafa Margós from El Paeller
Guests will be able to enjoy a discount on the dish when dining at Arros QD from Monday to Wednesday if they reach a min spend of £30 on food and drink per person.
